Every young girl dreams of living in the world of Barbies, and this party made those dreams a reality. Bringing Barbie into a more boho setting was something we never expected but now can’t get enough of. The mini Range Rover really takes the cake. Move over Barbie, we’ve got a new girl gang in town! The girl power present in this event is unbeatable!

When Drea Savy Designs asked me to help her plan and style her daughter’s birthday, I was so excited! Her daughter, Siennah, was adamant about a Barbie theme. However, Drea didn’t want to go the traditional Barbie route. Instead, we went with a modern boho palette that was still fun and colorful. We also made sure that we incorporated inspiring quotes on the place cards that uplifted little girls such as:
- You glow girl
- Darling, you are magic
- No one is you, and that is your superpower
- Goal getter
- Be you, do you, for you
- Small but mighty
- You are capable of amazing things
- You are a work of art
In terms of floral, we wanted bright and beautiful statement pieces that highlighted the flower heads. So no greenery was used whatsoever. It was a hot day, but it was perfect day nevertheless! Siennah was a happy girl, and that was the best part!
