We love a wholesome adoption story. And this one is quite unique! Two jet-setting, flight-catching, international traveling humans happened to be in a Mexican city over the holiday season and got the Christmas surprise that they had not previously bargained for. Not many people go for an international trip with the intention of adopting a pupper along the way, but sometimes life has other plans.
After reading some of the comments attached to this heartwarming thread, we learn that is apparently a known thing that Mexican street dogs are amongst the most chill of animals known to the world. This couple totally lucked out on their trip. Not only did they gain a new friend and partner in life, their new friend also happens to be pure joy and an absolute delight. This vacation was obviously successful, and despite the stress of traveling with a newly adopted doggo, the original poster of this thread and their partner get to their sweet new pup for the rest of the pup’s days.
